Interview with Rosalie from De Heuvel Gallery/Stiletto Club
De Heuvel Gallery in Tilburg has been the venue for exclusive parties and events for years. Under the name Stiletto Club, Rosalie and her team organize stylish parties where music, dress code and atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable experience.
Because many guests come from out of town, she works closely with Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum and ibis Tilburg to offer complete packages. These often include overnight accommodation for two, tickets to the event and breakfast. An important service, as many visitors want to spend the night right nearby after a night of partying.
Challenge before Groupz
Previously, organizing these group stays was less structured. Information was often scattered, there was little insight for all involved, and communication with hotels often depended on one contact person. "It sometimes went a bit woodsy with us," Rosalie says. "And with an overnight stay like that, that's pretty exciting. That just has to be well taken care of for our guests."
The move to Groupz
Since the first booking in November 2024, Rosalie has been working with Groupz. By now she arranges all her group bookings through the platform. "Now I always have an overview: how many rooms there are, which action items are open and what the deadlines are. Everyone can access it, and via the chat function I get quick and clear answers," says Rosalie. The automatic reminders and the step-by-step process also ensure peace of mind in preparation.
Rosalie experiences Groupz as user-friendly and well-organized: "You can go through everything step by step, so you find your way quickly." New features, such as dragging and dropping when arranging a room, sometimes took some getting used to. "But if I couldn't quite figure it out, I immediately got phone help to guide me through it. I really liked that."
What makes working with Groupz especially valuable?
For Rosalie, it's mainly the combination of overview and direct communication. "The chat function is ideal. It's nice to get in touch easily and quickly. You know you'll get a response the same day and immediately get to the right person." All numbers, prices and lists of names are in one place, which makes double-checking easy. In the hustle and bustle of organizing, that gives peace of mind and security .
An additional wish would be to have a little more flexibility in the list of names: "Most bookings are made from couples. Because we find discretion very important, we therefore often only know one name. In the room assignment in Groupz, you have to assign multiple people to a room, which makes sense. But in our case, that's so sometimes a little different. "

"Groupz gives me overview and security. Everything is in one place, I can always check if everything is correct and I know that communication with the hotel is good. For me that is very important. "
