What exactly is Groupz?

Groupz is a booking platform developed specifically for group bookings in hotels and lodging accommodations. It enables bookers to manage their group bookings completely independently, while hotel staff keep an overview and spend up to 80% less time on administration.

Who is Groupz intended for?

For hotels, hostels, group accommodations and aparthotels with multiple group requests per month. Both small independent hotels and large chains can work with it.

How does Groupz work for the booker?

The booker receives a personalized environment in which he or she can:

  • Adds lists of names
  • Create room layouts
  • Make cancellations (including automatic costing)
  • Requests extras
  • Communicates with the hotel via a chat function<

What makes Groupz different from other reservation systems?

Groupz is not a PMS or OTA. We focus exclusively on the process surrounding group reservations - with attention to communication, administrative handling and ease of use for both booker and employee.

Is there support for using Groupz?

Yes. We offer onboarding, video explanations, customer support via email/chat as well as personal guidance when getting started. You can also get substantive help with setting up terms, offers and communications.

Can we also test Groupz with a single group application?

Yes. In consultation we set up a test environment where you can experience how it works, without switching or paying immediately.

How does Groupz support our commercial goals?

As employees reclaim time, they can respond more quickly to requests, proactively upsell and conduct error-free communication. This results in higher conversion rates, fewer cancellations and satisfied returning bookers.

What about data security?

We attach great importance to the security of your data. Therefore, we have prepared for you a technical document explaining how we ensure a secure environment of Groupz. This is available in Dutch and English.
