What is the difference between this pilot and a demo or trial?

A demo shows how Groupz works. The Proof of Value Pilot lets you experience what it delivers. You work with real group requests, real bookers and your own team. Not a test environment, but your daily practice.

How much time will the pilot take for my team?

The pilot is designed so that it doesn't create extra work, but rather saves your team time. Because your team works from Groupz, manual tasks are automated and they have time for what really matters: hospitality!

We start with an intake and kick-off. Then Jenneke, our Product & Operations Manager, will train the team. After 4-8 weeks we evaluate and decide how to proceed.

Which hotels is the pilot suitable for?

During the intake, we will review together whether the pilot makes sense for you.

Is Groupz safe to use?

Yes. Also during the pilot, everything is well organized:

  • all communication goes through a secure connection

  • the back office is secured with 2FA

You don't run any additional risk during the pilot.

What about payments from the booker?

Payments always go through the hotel, not Groupz. Groupz supports the process, but does not take over payments. This makes the threshold low and keeps control with the hotel.

Can we stop the pilot if it doesn't fit?

Yes. The Proof of Value Pilot is non-binding. If it turns out that it doesn't fit your way of working, we just stop.

How do we start the Proof of Value Pilot?

We start with an intake interview. There we discuss your current group process and see if the pilot suits your hotel. This is followed by a kick-off and Jenneke, our Product & Operations Manager, will help you set up Groupz. She will also train the team to work with Groupz.
