For me personally it is extra special, because I myself have worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years, 15 of which in management positions. I know the challenges from practice, including as Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager and as Back Office & Policy Manager. I have personally experienced the frustrations that clients now face. It gives an enormous amount of energy to see how we can really solve them. And the best part? It not only delivers happy teams for the customer, but also concrete financial results."
