  • data related to why you contact us or needed to carry out an agreement with your organisation.

6. For what purposes and on what legal bases do we use your data?

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected, such as:

  • for entering into and maintaining a customer relationship or collaboration with your organisation: contacting you about agreements, drawing them up, or fulfilling them (legal grounds: Article 6(1)(b), (c), or (f) GDPR);

  • for analytical and statistical purposes, including service improvement (using cookies), based on your consent or our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f));

7. How long do we keep your data?

We retain your personal data only as long as legally permitted and strictly necessary for the purposes collected.

  • If you are our contact at a client, supplier, or partner organisation, we retain your data for the duration of the collaboration, and in principle up to seven years after it ends.

  • Afterwards, we keep data only if necessary for statistical purposes or to resolve complaints or legal matters.

8. With whom do we share your data?

We limit sharing of your data with third parties. We may share your personal data in these cases:

9. Where do we store your data?

We process and store your data primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA).

However, data may be shared with or stored by organisations outside the EEA — for example, our account management tool HubSpot. When personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are in place, in compliance with Chapter V GDPR.

Have questions about this? Feel free to contact us.

10. How do we protect (the use of) your data?

We take extensive organisational and technical measures to protect your data. Our systems and communication channels are secured to ensure your data remains confidential. We use measures like multi-factor authentication where possible.

We also ensure your data is only accessed by authorised staff, and train employees to handle data carefully and confidentially. Questions about specific security measures? Just ask.

11. What rights do you have regarding our use of your data?

Because we use your personal data, you have several rights:

  • right to be forgotten: request deletion of your data (though some data may need to be retained for up to seven years for tax/legal reasons);

  • right to lodge a complaint: you can complain to us or the Data Protection Authority, or ultimately take legal action.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@groupz.now. We'll respond as soon as possible. Note that rights are not absolute, and we may not always fulfil every request.

12. What rules apply to the use of your data?

We comply with applicable laws, including the GDPR (and its Implementation Act), the Dutch Telecommunications Act, and other Dutch legislation.
