The link between idea and execution

Jenneke is the driving force at Groupz. sales conversations, contract discussions, configuring the system, training teams, support during go-live, and follow-up support.  You name it, and Jenneke takes care of it.

What motivates Jenneke is seeing the enthusiasm in customers. “It’s so rewarding to see how delighted accommodation staff become once they start using Groupz. Their work not only changes practically but becomes more enjoyable too.

For me personally, it’s especially meaningful because I spent over twenty years in hospitality, fifteen of which were in leadership roles. I’ve experienced the same challenges as our customers: from Front Office Manager to Rooms Division Manager and Backoffice & Policy Manager. The frustrations they face are ones I know well. It gives me so much energy to see how we finally solve these issues. And the best part? Our customers don’t just get happier teams, they also get real financial results.”

Her strength lies in process optimization and automation, always with both staff and guests in mind. “I want things to improve for everyone. And I know change can feel daunting for a team, so I guide customers step by step."
